Fantasea Villas Booking Terms:
Booking Confirmation:
All Bookings made at Fantasea Villas will only be fully confirmed, after we have received your initial deposit payment.
On each booking we require a payment of 10% deposit of the total amount of the Reservation booking. This figure will be automatically calculated for you when you make any reservation with Fantasea Villas.
If you then wish to proceed with your Booking, and confirm your reservation, you will then be directed from our site to our Deposit Payment Processors - PayPal, who will then process your deposit payment. Once this payment is received by us, you booking will then be confirmed.
PayPal Payments
We request that you make your payment through PayPal, which we have found is a guaranteed way of making a Secure Payments via the internet. It does not matter if you do not already have a PayPal Account with them, you can still make your payment in the normal way, by using your Credit Card.
Outstanding Balance Payments:
The Final Balance Outstanding is payable on arrival at Fantasea Villas in cash please. It can either be paid in Euro's, as per the Total Amount Outstanding, or in Thai Baht if you prefer, which would then be calulated at that dates current rate of exchange.
Arrival Dates/Times:
Booking Dates and Arrival Times at Fanatasea Villas are from after 2pm, on the date of your booking.
Departure Dates/Times:
On your date of departure we would request that all of our Guests vacate the Villas/Apartments before 12 Noon.
Reservation Cancelations:
Reservation Cancelations, and subsequent refunds are subject to our Refunds Conditions (Please See Refunds Below:)
Refunds:
If you wish to make a request for a Refund from Fantasea Villas.
Please Note:
We will only refund cancellation deposits if the Booking Date is more than 90 days in advance. All other deposits will not be refunded.
Rental Price Changes:
Rental Prices may be subject to changes without prior notice.
